Our Health Care Plans only covers health care provided by Wolds Veterinary Clinic.

Referrals or treatments and procedures carried out by other veterinary practices are not covered.

We reserve the right to cancel your Plan at any time, for example: unacceptable behaviour towards staff.

Your pet can join at any age.

We reserve the right to change the flea, tick, worm and vaccination products and protocols at any time.

Our healthcare plans have been created to help you keep your pets in optimum health, at affordable monthly prices, helping you spread the cost of their essential preventative healthcare needs.

Once you have enrolled your pet onto one of our plans you will receive the specified treatments and discounts detailed below.

Your plan is an annual contract and if you decide to cancel your plan, within the 12 month contract period, you are liable to pay the full, non-discounted, value of any treatments received prior to the date of cancellation. Previous monthly payments made in respect of your plan will be deducted from the amount outstanding.

Your plan can not be transferred from one of your pets to another, or from you to a third party.

If your pets weight changes meaning a different plan is needed, we reserve the right to terminate your plan and you will be required to open a new plan and pay the increased or decreased fee accordingly.

All worm and flea treatments are able to be dispensed every 3 months and can be ordered and collected 2 weeks prior to their due date and up to 2 weeks after. We will require an accurate weight for your pet to do this.

Puppies and kittens will need to be weighed monthly so we are able to supply the correct worm and flea treatments according to their weight until 6 months of age.
